The main reason is due to poor lubrication caused by the WD615 series engine connecting rod without oil holes, piston pin and bushing lubrication is to rely on the lubricating oil nozzle up through the oil collection slot of the small head of the connecting rod, if the oil pressure is too low, the injection is not good, will cause the piston pin and connecting rod bushing lubrication is poor, and due to poor injection, piston cooling is not good, will also intensify the piston pin and connecting rod bushing wear. If the oil deteriorates and becomes thin, it will also cause the wear to increase. Therefore, we must pay attention to the quality of the oil, it is best to change the oil and replace the oil filter according to the cycle.
(2) connecting rod bushings in the repair, the size of the positioning is inaccurate, the bushings and connecting rod fit is not good, there will be a piston pin rattling. In the repair must be installed according to the standard, so that the connecting rod bushings can be pressed in under a certain pressure.
